My goal was to create content with narrative flow and a consistent aesthetic that was tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Within a few months, I successfully revitalized the shop's online presence. I achieved a 200% increase in follower count and a 150% boost in engagement rate on short-form content. The new strategy transformed their social media into a powerful tool for community building and a key driver for promoting announcements and new product sales.

Lazarus Design Team's clients needed a consistent and strategic social media presence to stand out in their respective industries. Many were struggling to create content that was both unique to their brand and relevant to current online trends. The core challenge was to develop a scalable, effective, and tailored content strategy for eight different brands simultaneously, ensuring each one could educate, promote, and inform its audience in a unique way.

As the Social Media Coordinator, I managed the entire content lifecycle for all eight clients. Each month, I researched and brainstormed unique, trendy, and brand-tailored content ideas. I then either produced or directed the production of this content, followed by editing and publishing across various platforms. This process focused on creating a distinct voice for each client, using social media to highlight their specific value propositions and how they stood out from competitors within their communities and industries.

The challenge at Queens Athletics was rooted in a critical transition: the move to NCAA Division I. This shift demanded an immediate and significant elevation of the entire athletic department's digital presence.
Queens needed to hire a dedicated professional to not only overhaul the social media strategy but also to assist and unify the various Athletic Communications Directors across all sports. My role was to step in, build a strategic framework from the ground up, and immediately generate the necessary momentum to celebrate a new chapter filled with historic "firsts" for the university.
