Social Media Coordination & Multi-Brand Strategy
At Lazarus Design Team, I serve as the Social Media Coordinator for a diverse portfolio of eight clients. This role has challenged me to be a versatile creative, adapting my strategy, tone, and content creation process to meet the unique needs of each brand. I specialize in developing and executing brand-specific social media strategies that drive organic growth, engagement, and brand identity across different industries.
The Process: A Scalable & Adaptive Framework

Each month, I begin with in-depth research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior for each client. I then brainstorm and develop unique, brand-tailored content calendars that align with their specific goals, whether it's to educate, promote, or entertain.

My production process is highly adaptable. For some clients, I create content from the ground up, producing high-quality photo and video assets myself. For others, I work with provided assets, focusing on expert editing and optimization to ensure they align with the brand's aesthetic and perform well on their target platforms.

I handle the full execution, including drafting compelling copy, posting at optimal times, and actively engaging with each brand's community. I continuously analyze performance reports to refine our strategy, ensuring our content is always reaching the right audience and driving organic growth
